If you start shaving an area, the hair there will begin to get thicker and more coarse. If you try and wax after shaving for a long time, it will be very painful. The best way to switch gears is to use a hair inhibitor to try and stunt its growth before you try and wax it.

Haircare: Remove Facial Hair

Men and women take a different approach to remove facial hair. Almost all men shave their faces. The differences here come in the type of shaver they use. No matter what electric razors claim, you will never get as close a shave as you would with disposable blades.
Disposable blades give you the closest shave possible but involves a lot more effort than an electric shaver. An electric shaver is the perfect way to remove facial hair when you do not have much time. You can use them in the car on the way to work, in the office, or at the end of the day to avoid that five o-clock shadow.
How Women Remove Facial Hair
Women should not remove facial hair by shaving. Shaving causes hair to grow back thicker, so unless you want a full mustache, you probably should stick to waxing or hair creams. Some women who have light skin and hair prefer to bleach their facial hair.
The only problem with bleaching the hair is that the hair is still there. It can be easily detected when the sunlight catches it and may be a bit embarrassing. For best results, the hair should be removed from the root, by either waxing, tweezing, or applying hair removal creams.

Remove Hair with Creams
You can simply spread the cream on the skin, wait for the amount of time given on the product, and then wash the hair away. This can be used on any part of the body from face to legs. If you apply the cream to the desired areas a few minutes before you shower, it can be really simple to stay fresh and smooth.
Once you remove the hair, rinse your skin thoroughly before applying any soaps to prevent unwanted reactions. Your skin may feel a bit tingly once you are done but that is normal for the first few times. After you are done, moisturize your skin to prevent dry and flak skin.

In fact, since men are hairier that women, they need to remove unwanted hair much more often than women do. This involves much more than just shaving off the beard. Many men go to the extent of removing almost all their body hair.
How to Remove Unwanted Hair
For most men, when they want to remove unwanted body hair, they simply pick up their facial razor and go at it. This can be very bad for your skin. Your face is used to being shaved often and has built up a resistance to the harshness of a razor. The same thing is not necessarily true for the rest of your body.
If you shave your chest, legs, arms, or stomach, your skin may not be as ready for the razor. Alternative methods of unwanted hair removal may be better in these areas. If you do shave, make sure the razor is new and sharp, otherwise you will definitely cut up your skin and have some serious razor burn. s
